Fantastic

Professional mothers who don’t want to be in the office during almost all of their children’s waking hours now have a way to be matched up with companies that will offer flexible scheduling and reduced work weeks. Finally, an intelligent person, Allison O’Kelly is her name, figured out that these women possess valuable skills and they are willing to contribute them to the workforce if it can be on a schedule that works with their family. Mom Corps is the site O’Kelly established in 2005, pairing women looking for flexible or work-from-home jobs and employers needing reliable, high-skilled help. Nice job! Now we only need a Dad Corps so that men too can have the option of spending more time with their families without losing their careers.
